I like the booking system when you receive an email to confirm your appointment with time and cost etc – very useful.
As always, thank you for another excellent session of osteopathy from Alan and firendly, helpful service from reception staff. I’ll give you 5 stars when I’m fully recovered!

I am pleased with Georgina’s treatment, however, I would love to have a more comfortable table to be lying on! Also those with bad backs do have trouble in getting back upright. I also use The Beauty Salon in Godmanchester, who whilst non medical, have back massages and many teratmetns. These all take place on an adjustable bed, head can raise on its own, or feel can be lowered. The height also is adjustable so that it can accomodate each client. I feel thse beds need to be in place at your practise.

The treatment I received seems to have been effective already and Georgina is very friendly and professional. The only thing that could be improved on is the massage bed – it’s very hard which makes lying on one’s side very uncomfortable.

The initial appointment at the clinic proved to be a pleasant and enjoyable experience – the receptionist was courteous and most professional in noting my personal details and I was impressed with the therapist’s approach in his thorough examination prior to the treatment offered. The explanation of the diagnosis of the problem was delivered in an understanding manner and the execution of the treatment was most professional. Thoroughly recommended !!

Excellent as always
Georgina has been solely responsible for reversing the pain and problems I had with my back. I now sleep for 5-6 hours a night (something I could have only dreamed of 6 weeks ago) and I no longer impersonate Oscar the Grouch at work and home. Very professional, yet cares and puts you at your ease. Under no circumstances should this lady be allowed to leave the practice! 🙂 Thoroughly recommended to everyone.

Wherever do you find such therapists?!
In the midst of an agonizing attack of sciatica I rang and was referred that very afternoon (although I had never been before) to Marianne, an acupuncturist, who was simply terrific. Kind, thorough, informative and efficient. She then referred me to Georgina as she, quite rightly, diagnosed it to be coming from a long standing back problem. Georgina was just the same, what a credit to your Company, and I am eagerly awaiting my next appointment so that I am a happier, more lively person for Christmas.

This was the first time i had ever had any treatment of this kind. I found the whole experience very professional but also friendly which is great for a nervous first timer. Even when booking the appointment the receptionist was very helpful in helping me to decide with times etc.and making me welcome while i waited for my appointment.
