All patients are required to have a valid payment card on file. This card will be charged after each session. A receipt will be emailed to the email address on the patient’s file.
To maintain efficient scheduling and availability for all our patients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a full fee will be charged, except in exceptional circumstances such as a major accident or bereavement. We appreciate your understanding.
If you have medical insurance, your policy may cover the cost of your treatment. Please check with your insurance company before booking your first appointment to confirm whether your treatment is covered and how much you can claim.
We are unable to claim directly from your insurance provider on your behalf.
To attend appointments, you will need a valid payment card saved on your account with us. Your card will be charged when you attend your appointment, or shortly afterwards, and you will receive a receipt by email. You can then use this receipt to reclaim the cost from your insurance company.
