Face coverings, social distancing and full PPE for clinicians will remain in place at our clinic for the foreseeable future. This is because some of our patients are highly vulnerable, and we need to ensure that the clinic remains safe for everyone.

We are taking every possible precaution to keep you and our staff safe.
Practitioners wear personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This includes a face mask, gloves, an apron and eye protection (for aerosol-generating procedures).
You will be asked to disinfect your hands on arrival and will be provided with a face mask to wear throughout the consultation (unless you have a legal exemption).
Extra time is allowed between appointments for thorough disinfection and ventilation.
All linen has been removed to reduce the risk of the spread of infection.
When you arrive, please wait outside, and we will come out and invite you in when we have completed the disinfection process. Would you please wear loose, comfortable clothing as you may need to undress to your undergarments for some treatments? Some people choose to wear sports or swimming style underwear to feel more comfortable.
For patients who cannot attend in person, we offer telehealth (virtual) appointments during which we will teach you simple self-treatment techniques to manage your symptoms. Please get in touch with us if this is something you are interested in.
To reduce the need to handle cash or cards, we use an online payment system. Please have a valid card stored on your account with us. We will charge the appointment fee to that card upon your attendance. Thank you for being understanding.
We are pre-screening all patients before every appointment. Those patients who have COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with someone positive for COVID-19, or need to self-isolate will be asked to postpone their appointment.
We have made changes to the clinic interior to make cleaning and disinfection easier.

When you arrive, we will ask you to disinfect your hands with alcohol-based gel.
Alternatively, you may wash your hands with soap and water.
