On every visit, the receptionist has been friendly and welcoming and has put me at ease whilst waiting for my appointment. Irina is always friendly, supportive and has lots of suggestions for lifestyle changes to complement the acupuncture, based on her knowledge and research. Highly recommended!

It was my first visit to the clinic this morning, and I found it a very positive one.

My experience has been as good as can be expected when I am in pain. The treatment has afforded me some relief already. However, your consulting table was extremely uncomfortable. It was no better than lying on the floor. I believe this has made my ‘good side’ sore. Maybe you could order a special cushion for the table to make it more comfortable.
The welcome I received was only “ok”.
The lady opened the front door to me. No, “Hello, you must be Ms X”, so I gave my name yet still no acknowledgement that I was the one she was expecting. I entered and took a seat but no offer of any chat or comment, eg. “Georgina is running to time” or “Georgina will be ready to see you soon”, etc. Nothing.
Not everyone wishes to chat, but there was absolutely nothing forthcoming from the Receptionist, unlike the ladies I have met on my previous visits (a long time ago!)

Fantastic service. I had a lot of pain in my neck/shoulder. Was seen by the brilliant and very lovely Stacey. She turned out yo be a magician!! now pain free to enjoy my holiday! First time for me seeing an osteopath, would def recommend. Will def be back for an Mot! Thank you Stacey.

I really dont get it, I arrived with a migrain in full flow and left feeling “away with the fairies” but migrain free and a dull ache in its place . This evening I cant deny im not stiff and sore, but relaxed.
This was my first visit to the clinic all the staff were very welcoming.
Thank you for giving my migrain the boot, I hope my further treatments continue to remove the dreaded headaches ive suffered for too long.

I was treated by Georgina Bull in the clinic at Godmanchester for post birth related ailments. The treatment was thorough and I understood everything that was going on, due to Georgina’s explaination in laymans terms. I have visited other clinics like this before and have been spoken to as if I was a fellow osteopath. This wasn’t the case with Georgina and the whole treatment was relaxed and comfortable. For any lady suffering with postnatal problems, this is the lady to visit.
