Paying for your treatments is easy and safe. Please keep an updated card on file. We’ll securely bill it after your visit. A detailed receipt will be sent to your registered email address. Paper receipts can be provided upon request.
To maintain efficient scheduling and availability for all our patients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a full fee will be charged, except in exceptional circumstances such as a major accident or bereavement. We appreciate your understanding.
If you have medical insurance cover, we may be able to claim the cost of your treatment directly from your insurance provider.
